No matter the size of the project, communication is the most important aspect of a successful project. We strive to listen and take the time to get to know each client to develop a clear understanding of their needs. We believe that this effort made in the early stages of a project will result in a space that the client can be proud of and the end user can enjoy.
Planning
From inception through design development, this stage of the project is vital to the success of the project moving forward. Good communication between the design team and client is vital to a successful project.
The planning stage can include existing facility surveys/reports, master planning, site planning, programming, preliminary design, schematic design and design development.
Bidding / Procurement
From design development, construction documents are developed by the design team for bidding and negotiation with continued participation by the owner. Project delivery methods and strategies can be developed that best suit the specific project. Not all projects are the same and should not be treated thus.
Construction Administration
Once a contract is awarded, the construction phase can begin and the hard work put forward in the planning and design phases can start to take shape.
This phase can include contract administration, submittal review, observation and inspection services, project administration and project close out and post occupancy services.
